For convention booking, I will usually publish a form closer to con date where you can fill out the slots available, information about the shoot, cosplay, etc. I do not take requests to shoot at conventions I am not attending.

Of course! To book a location/studio shoot, you can DM my instagram @v1nfocus with the location/studio ready in mind (must be Maryland/DC area). Please put into consideration that it’s more pricey than how I usually charge con bookings, as it’s a more complex process to plan; needing to make sure correlates with my personal schedule, cost of transportation, studio cost, etc. If I don’t reply, please reach out to me by email.

I will share all raws through google drive then give a certain number of pictures you can choose for me to edit. The turnaround time solely depends on my personal schedule, from getting photos back as short as 1-2 days to as long as a month.

I accept Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle; you will pay in full to confirm booking, and if the client fails to make it to the shoot, only 50% will be refunded. If I am unable to make it to the shoot, I will let you know ahead of time, and we can do a reschedule if applicable or you can choose to receive a 100% refund.

I will not do parties, weddings, concerts, or maternity/baby photos at the moment.

I will only shoot cosplay, fashion, and portrait.

I can shoot in a setting using cigarettes, e-cigs/vapes, but no client that is under influence in alcohol/drugs.

I will not shoot in dangerous spaces/settings such as use of real weapons or harmful material. This does not include athletic equipment handled with profession and safety.

I can shoot exposed cosplays/clothes/slight nsfw but not complete nudity.

I will NEVER shoot any cosplay/outfit that is morally offensive or hurtful to communities.

The photographer has every right to decline any requests based on personal or policy concerns.

Photographer retains copyright. Clients can use images for personal use, not commercial resale.
